A factor of ten increases in diabetes incidence and prevalence in the last few decades has made diabetes one of India's most serious health burdens. IDF estimates that India will have 101.2 million out of the 552 million diabetics on this planet by 2030, indicating both that the disease has become endemic and that there will be a worldwide epidemic. Using this study as an example, it will be seen if diabetes patients with psychological well-being have a greater quality of life. Researchers selected 400 diabetics with type 2 diabetes (200 males and 200 females) to participate in this study from clinics and health care centers in the Palakkad District. Results were analyzed using the t-test and Pearson's correlation along with the psychological wellbeing scale and quality of life scale. In contrast to the findings of the study, no significant difference is observed between the quality of life of male and female diabetic patients with Type 2 diabetes. However, psychological well-being and life quality are significantly linked among people with Type 2 diabetes
